Bronze Chinese laborer in traditional costume holding two lanterns on a pole, the lanterns being Bakelite salt and pepper shakers. Marked “Grossglockner 3798M” on the bottom. The firm of Hagenauer was founded in 1898 by Carl Hagenauer (1872-1928). The firm participated in exhibitions in Paris, London and Berlin and exported their wares worldwide.
